Sonia Kruger

Sonia Kruger is a well-known Australian television presenter and media personality, born on August 28, 1965, in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. However, she spent her formative years in Warren and attended Warren Central School. Kruger has had a successful career in the entertainment industry, hosting various TV shows and participating in popular dance programs such as Dancing with the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance Australia.

Charlie Lea

Charles Arthur "Charlie" Lea was a professional baseball player born on December 25, 1956, in Warren, New South Wales. Lea played as a pitcher in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Montreal Expos from 1980 to 1985. He achieved significant success during his career, including a no-hitter game in May 1981 against the San Francisco Giants. Tragically, Lea passed away on November 11, 2011, at the age of 54.

Sue West

Sue West, born in Warren, New South Wales, is a former professional tennis player who became prominent during the 1970s and 1980s. She achieved a career-high ranking of number 9 in singles in 1979 and number 8 in doubles in 1980. West participated in several Grand Slam tournaments, reaching the quarterfinals at the Australian Open in 1980. She retired from professional tennis in 1982.

David Gillespie

David Gillespie, born on July 17, 1965, in Warren, New South Wales, is a former professional rugby league player. Gillespie is considered one of the sport's toughest forwards and played for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and the Western Suburbs Magpies during his career. He represented New South Wales in State of Origin matches and played for the Australian national team. Gillespie retired from professional rugby league in 1996.
